reddit-mma.com is operated as a moderation and community information tool for r/MMA.

The scheduler stores MMA card details, moderator workflow status, generated thread titles and bodies, scheduled posting times, post revisions, and Reddit post IDs or URLs after a thread is created.

The Reddit-side bridge receives approved thread content from reddit-mma.com, submits or edits moderator discussion threads, disables inbox replies where supported, applies configured post flair, sets suggested sort where supported, and reports the resulting post ID, URL, edit status, or error back to reddit-mma.com.

For fight clip linking, the service may process public r/MMA post metadata such as title, URL, permalink, author name, created time, spoiler status, and flair text. This is used only to decide whether a public clip thread should be linked from a live or post-fight discussion thread.

For supported promotions, the service may compare public event data with public ESPN scoreboard data to bold fight winners in live or post-fight discussion threads.

The service does not collect private Reddit messages, email addresses, IP addresses, or non-public Reddit account data. Access to moderator scheduling tools is restricted to authorized moderators.

Secrets, credentials, and server-to-server tokens are kept server-side and are not published on the website. Data is retained as needed to operate the scheduler, maintain a moderation audit trail, and prevent duplicate thread creation.
